As the Lead Product Designer, I was tasked with creating a patient dashboard and digital app for Chronius, a client dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with chronic illnesses. My objective was to develop a digital platform that not only facilitated the diagnosis process but also empowered patients to actively manage their care journey.

For this project, I conceptualized and brought to life a comprehensive digital design system that encompassed both a user-friendly online dashboard and a convenient mobile app. Using the dashboard, patients could easily update and access their medical history, schedule appointments, and even find doctors specialized in their specific condition. The accompanying mobile app provided patients with the freedom to track their symptoms and medications on the go, empowering them to take charge of their health wherever they were.
